Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to works, materials, quotations, invoices, orders and other services provided by H And R Plumbing Solution Pty Ltd.

1. Definitions
In these terms, “Client” refers to the person, business or entity requesting works or materials. “Contractor” refers to H And R Plumbing Solution Pty Ltd. “Works” includes consultation, materials, installation, services and related plumbing works provided at the Client’s request.
2. Acceptance
The Client is taken to have accepted the Terms & Conditions when placing an order, accepting a quotation, accepting delivery of materials, or requesting works to be carried out.
3. Authorised Representatives
The Client may nominate an authorised representative. That representative may request works, materials or variations on the Client’s behalf, and the Client remains liable for costs arising from those requests.
4. Price and Payment
Prices may be based on invoices, quotations or agreed schedules. Prices may vary where additional works, variations, site conditions, material changes or other circumstances require adjustment.
Payment is due in accordance with the invoice, quotation or agreed payment terms. Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude GST.
5. Variations and Additional Works
Variations may be required if the Client requests changes, if hidden or unidentifiable site difficulties are discovered, or if materials or labour costs change. Variations may be charged in addition to the original quoted price.
6. Emergency Works
Emergency or urgent works may attract additional labour, call-out or penalty charges, including work outside normal business hours, weekends or public holidays.
7. Worksite Access and Condition
The Client must provide safe, clear and reasonable access to the worksite. The Client is responsible for ensuring the worksite is ready and for providing information about underground services, existing conditions and relevant risks.
8. Risk, Existing Services and Site Conditions
The Client acknowledges that existing plumbing, gas, drainage or site conditions may affect the works. Additional costs may apply where unsafe, defective, hidden or non-compliant conditions are discovered.
9. Defects and Warranties
The Client must inspect completed works or supplied materials and notify the Contractor of any evident defect, damage or shortage within the required timeframe. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
10. Cancellation
Cancellation rights and costs depend on the timing of cancellation, whether materials have been ordered, whether work has commenced, and whether the materials are custom or non-stock items.
11. Privacy
Personal information may be collected and used for providing works, processing payments, managing accounts, assessing credit, communicating with clients and meeting legal obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
